We stayed at the hotel for a family reunion and the place was infested with bats and the hotel staff knew at still let us stay their. This was the worst experience ever. Please never stay here!! I got love for HBC's but this was ridiculous.

My experience while attending Tuskegee University was life changing. I will always cherish the nurturing, rigorous academic experience and the many relationships that I gained during my tenure. There is no other institution like Mother Tuskegee. I pay thee my homage today and always.
I am giving this review in response to the help I have received. I am an out of state student, and a good portion, NOT ALL, of the customer service I have received over the phone is terrible. They seem to try to do the bare minimum, sometimes, and don't really to try to do all they can to help. While I love the school, they could definitely improve their customer service. Several times I have called, the staff have also sounded like i am bothering them and sound like they have an attitude because I called for help. Besides this, the school is great, but i am leaving a review in response to the customer service.
