Terrible! They gave my order to the wrong car and then it took 20 minutes to get my order through the drive-thru. Then they didn't give me my drinks and missing fries in the bag. Had to go in to get it then they made me fix my own drinks worst service ever.
Always hot and fresh. Usually pretty quick too!
Ummm. Welllllll. The drive thru was only working on the outside lane. I pulled around to the window and was told they didn't get my order and I needed to go back to the drive thru to place my order because they couldn't do it at the window....
I don't know who to blame, the people trying these kids or the person hiring these people. Got cursed out for my order being wrong and I'm pretty sure they spit in my food. It's poor customer service like this that plays a major role on people visiting here. As much as I've ordered the triple cheese burger in the summer with my frozen strawberry lemonade, triple cheese burger had three meats and three cheese. I got cursed out and told it's a triple cheese burger not triple meat. Lmao, this has to be the best server ever, you pay and extra dollar and change for a slice of cheese? Please train your employees and encourage them to be polite and at least learn the menu. Last time I'm going to the Tuskegee branch.
